She was born July 11, 1954 in Fulton County, GA, daughter of James Clifford and Sarah Bailey. Surviving are her mother, brothers, Jimmy (Ann) Bailey of Stone Mountain, GA and Richard Bailey of College Park, GA; 3 sisters, Barbara (Reverend Gilbert) Lynch of Columbus, Carolyn (Howard) Ellis of Stone Mountain and Mary (Albert) Clark of Lithonia.
