Mrs. Ethel Neal was born January 14, 1945, daughter of Ollis and Ester Neal. She died April 2, 2004 and was preceded in death by her sister, Eva Blinker. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 10 at Brown Chapel A.M.E. Church with Reverend Angionette Coppins, and Reverend Mandrell Harrow, eulogist. She was a 1963 graduate of Buena Vista High School and completed the Cooperative Extenxion Program at Fort Valley State University. She retired in January 2004 after thirty years of service.
