She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Pittsview and employed at the former Scrappy's Cafe in Kinfolks Corner. Survivors include 3 sons, Willie C (Janice) Upshaw of Atlanta, WIley (Ruby) Upshaw of COlumbus and Freddie Upshaw of Orlando, FL; 3 daughters, Viola B (James) Davis of Columbus, Gennie Me Harold of Atlanta and Minister Irene Peterson of Dothan, AL; 2 brothers, Reverend B L Upshaw and James C (Sraah) Upshaw, both of Columbus; 5 sisters, Daisy Lee Lyles of Reliford, AL, Katie Bell Upshaw of Columbus, Ella Upshaw of Pittsview, Minister Minnie Robinson of Crawford, AL and Frances Smith of Cleveland, OH; 22 grandchidlren, 35 great grandchildren and 7 great, great grandchildren. |
