Funeral services will be held Friday, April 15, 2005 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Charles E Huff's International Funeral Home, with Reverend Paul Cook officiating. Burial will be in Fort Mitchell National Cemetery. He was born December 22, 1959 in Tyler, TX, son of Donald Cook and Hazel Zachary. He graduated from Taylor High School in Tyler and was a US Army veteran, 32nd Airborne Unit. Survivors include his wife, Karen Zachary of LaGrange, GA, his mother, paternal grandmother, Subelia Zachary of Dallas; 4 daughters, Mara Zachary of LaGrange, Tiffine Glenn of Atlanta, Rhoda Glenn of LaGrange, Sarah Zachary of New York; a son, Torrean Z Hornsby of Houston, TX; 2 sisters, Rita Cook and Betty Hollis of Columbus; 3 brothers, Reverend Paul (Rachael) Cook, Ike (Brenda) Cook and Christopher Cook of Columbus, 2 grandchildren, 3 brothers in law, Willie Glenn, David Glenn and James Glenn, three sisters in law, Beverly Glenn, Memody Glenn and Tracey Glenn. |
